Connecticut High School Softball - Darien gets by Norwalk

The Darien Blue Wave got by the visiting Norwalk Bears softball squad by a final score of 9-8 in Friday's league battle.

The Blue Wave (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Westhill (Stamford, CT). The Vikings go into the Fairfield County battle with a 4-2 record.

The Bears now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Wilton for a Fairfield County battle on Monday, April 17. Norwalk will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 12-5 league win over Warde (Fairfield, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 3-3.
