The Jordan Beetdiggers the host Provo Bulldogs softball squad by a final score of 19-17 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Beetdiggers (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Timpview (Provo, UT). The Thunderbirds go into the 5A Region 8 battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Timpview by Emery (Castle Dale, UT), 9-3, in a non-league challenge.

With the loss, Provo falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Salem Hills (Salem, UT) to battle the Skyhawks in a 5A Region 9 challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Skyhawks enter the challenge with a record of 7-5. Salem Hills won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Corner Canyon (Draper, UT)
