Susquenita Blackhawks (Duncannon, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting West Perry Mustangs (Elliottsburg, PA), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Blackhawks now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Line Mountain for a Tri-Valley challenge on Monday, April 17. Susquenita will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 11-7 league loss to East Juniata (McAlisterville, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, West Perry falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Greencastle-Antrim (Greencastle, PA) to battle the Blue Devils in a Mid-Penn - Colonial challenge on Monday, April 17. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 8-1. Greencastle-Antrim won 5-0 in their recent non-league challenge against East Pennsboro (Enola, PA)
