The Oxford Pirates the visiting Hopedale Blue Raiders baseball team by a count of 6-3 in Sunday's non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Nipmuc Regional for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 16. Oxford will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 14-5 league win over Blackstone-Millville (Blackstone, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-0.
The Blue Raiders (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Bourne (Bourne, MA). The Canalmen go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Bourne tipped Wareham (Wareham, MA), 9-6, in a non-league game.
