In Sunday's non-league game, the visiting St. Xavier Tigers baseball team scored a tight 7-5 victory over the St. Edward Eagles.
The Tigers (10-8) will now prepare for their game against Male (Louisville, KY). The Bulldogs go into the District 26 game with a 4-8 record.
The Eagles (4-7) will now prepare for their game against St. Ignatius (Cleveland, OH). The Wildcats go into the game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, St. Ignatius by Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati, OH), 11-9, in a non-league game.
