Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Westhampton Beach can't get by Ridgefield

In Sunday's non-league test, the host Ridgefield Tigers lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-10 victory over the Westhampton Beach Hurricanes.

The Tigers now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nyack for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 16. Ridgefield will face a Red Hawks squad coming off a 14-4 non-league win over John Jay (Cross River, NY). The Red Hawks record now stands at 7-0.

In their next game, the Hurricanes face the Harborfields Tornadoes (Greenlawn, NY) in a Section 11 II test, on Tuesday, April 16. Westhampton Beach will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Tornadoes come into the test with a 2-2 record after their 11-6 league loss to Bayport-Blue Point (Bayport, NY).
