The Plainfield Central Wildcats baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Bolingbrook Raiders to 5 in the Wildcats non-league win on Monday.
The Wildcats now hold a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Oswego East for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Plainfield Central will play a Wolves team coming off a 7-4 non-league win over Joliet Central (Joliet, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 7-5.
With the defeat, Bolingbrook drops to 3-6 on the year. The Raiders travel to Joliet West (Joliet, IL) to play the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 3-11. Joliet West won 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Minooka (Minooka, IL)
