The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) and the host Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC), saw Crest's baseball team beat Pisgah by a margin of 7-0.

The Chargers (13-4) will now prepare for their battle against Shelby (Shelby, NC). The Golden Lions enter the non-league battle with a 5-11 record. In their last battle, Shelby held off Madison (Marshall, NC), 6-5, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Bears face the North Henderson Knights (Hendersonville, NC) in a Mountain Seven 3A battle, on Tuesday, April 22. Pisgah will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 13-7 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC).
