The Farmington River Hawks baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Goodwin Tech Gladiators to 2 in the River Hawks non-league win on Monday.

The River Hawks now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Milford for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Farmington will clash with a Green Wave team coming off a 15-5 non-league win over Simsbury (Simsbury, CT). The Green Wave record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Goodwin Tech drops to 0-3 on the year. The Gladiators host Wolcott RVT (Torrington, CT) to clash with the Wildcats in a Connecticut Technical - West test on Tuesday, April 15. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 1-0. Wolcott RVT won 12-0 in their recent league test against Wright Tech (Stamford, CT)
