The St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings (Buckeystown, MD) baseball trounced the host Glenelg Country Dragons (Ellicott City, MD), 7-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Severn School for a MIAA B Red challenge on Wednesday, April 16. St. John's Catholic Prep will clash with a Admirals team coming off a 9-5 league win over Indian Creek (Crownsville, MD). The Admirals record now stands at 13-1.

With the defeat, Glenelg Country drops to 4-9 on the year. The Dragons travel to Boys Latin (Baltimore, MD) to clash with the Lakers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 15. The Lakers go into the challenge with a record of 8-3. Boys Latin lost 1-0 in their recent league challenge against Severn School (Severna Park, MD)
