The Gordon Lee Trojans (Chickamauga, GA) baseball got by the visiting Silverdale Academy Seahawks (Chattanooga, TN), 4-3 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 25-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dade County for a A D1 Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, April 15. Gordon Lee will clash with a Wolverines team coming off a 3-2 league win over Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 11-14.

With the defeat, Silverdale Academy drops to 13-7 on the year. The Seahawks host South Pittsburg (South Pittsburg, TN) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 15. The Pirates go into the challenge with a record of 7-14. South Pittsburg won 9-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Van Buren County (Spencer, TN)
