North Carolina High School Baseball - Hoke County loses to Harnett Central

April 14, 2025: Angier, NC 27501

In Monday's non-league bout, the Harnett Central Trojans (Angier, NC) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Hoke County Bucks (Raeford, NC), by a tally of 14-2.

Next up, the Trojans encounter the Overhills Jaguars (Spring Lake, NC) in a All American 3A/4A bout, on Tuesday, April 15. Harnett Central will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Jaguars enter the bout with a 11-5 record after their 4-3 league win over Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC).

The Bucks (2-18) will now prepare for their bout against Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC). The Rams enter the non-league bout with a 9-9 record. In their last bout, Purnell Swett overcame Lumberton (Lumberton, NC), 7-3, in a league bout.
