The Pro Stock Royals Academy Royals baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Independence Patriots to 0 in the Royals non-league win on Monday.

The Royals now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Butler for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Pro Stock Royals Academy will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Ballantyne Ridge (Charlotte, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-12.

With the defeat, Independence drops to 8-11 on the year. The Patriots travel to Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15.
