The Windham Bombers nipped the visiting Mathews Mustangs baseball squad by a score of 7-6 in Monday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Bombers encounter the Maplewood Rockets (Cortland, OH) in a Northeastern Athletic- Stripes outing, on Wednesday, April 16. Windham will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Rockets enter the outing with a 4-2 record after their 12-9 league loss to St. John (Ashtabula, OH).
The Mustangs (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Bristol (Bristolville, OH). The Panthers enter the Northeastern Athletic- Stripes outing with a 3-5 record. In their last outing, Bristol was nudged by Pymatuning Valley (Andover, OH), 8-6, in a league outing.
