Indiana High School Baseball - Monroe Central loses to Northeastern

April 14, 2025: Fountain City, IN 47341

The Northeastern Knights triumphed over the visiting Monroe Central Golden Bears baseball squad by a score of 11-1 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Knights encounter the Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) in a Tri-Eastern outing, on Thursday, April 17. Northeastern will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Patriots enter the outing with a 3-3 record after their 14-2 non-league win over North Decatur (Greensburg, IN).

The Golden Bears (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Shenandoah (Middletown, IN). The Raiders enter the Mid-Eastern outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Shenandoah achieved victory over Northeastern (Fountain City, IN), 14-4, in a non-league outing.
