In Monday's non-league contest, the host Davison Cardinals lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-3 triumph over the Holly Bronchos.

The Cardinals (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Dow (Midland, MI). The Chargers go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Dow was overwhelmed by Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI), 18-5, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Bronchos meet the Swartz Creek Dragons (Swartz Creek, MI) in a Division 2 Region 8 contest, on Wednesday, April 16. Holly will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Dragons go into the contest with a 6-1 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Dexter (Dexter, MI).
