Utah High School Lacrosse - Lone Peak nipped by Riverton

The Riverton Silverwolves held off the host Lone Peak Knights lacrosse team by a tally of 9-8 in Monday's non-league match.

Next up, the Silverwolves confront the Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT) in a 6A Region 2 match, on Thursday, April 17. Riverton will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record. The Chargers come into the match with a 3-6 record after their 19-3 non-league win over Hillcrest (Midvale, UT).

The Knights (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT). The Vikings come into the 6A Region 3 match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Pleasant Grove tipped Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT), 10-5, in a league match.
