In Monday's non-league outing, the host Shawnee Heights Thunderbirds soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Hayden Wildcats.

The Thunderbirds (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against West (Topeka, KS). The Chargers go into the United Kansas outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, West was edged by Seaman (Topeka, KS), 11-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Junction City/St. Xavier Bluejays (Junction City, KS) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 21. Hayden will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
