The Heritage Academy Heroes (Maricopa, AZ) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Tri-City Christian Academy Warriors (Chandler, AZ), 6-1 in Monday's league challenge.
The Heroes now hold a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Harvest Prep Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 17. Heritage Academy will play a Eagle squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Maricopa Institute of Technology (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagle record now stands at 8-0.
With the loss, Tri-City Christian Academy moves to 2-6 on the year. The Warriors host Imagine Prep Coolidge (Coolidge, AZ) to play the Eagles in a CAA D2 bout on Monday, April 21. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-7.
