Tennessee High School Lacrosse - Christian Brothers nips Houston

April 14, 2025: Memphis, TN 38166

In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Christian Brothers Purple Wave lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-5 triumph over the Houston Mustangs.

The Purple Wave (2-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Father Ryan (Nashville, TN). The Irish go into the 2A West Region D2 challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Father Ryan was nipped by Memphis University School (Memphis, TN), 13-7, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Evangelical Christian Eagles (Cordova, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 17. Houston will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 18-8 league win over St. George's (Collierville, TN).
