In Monday's non-league test, the Hanover Hawks (Mechanicsville, VA) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Godwin Eagles (Richmond, VA), by a count of 18-7.

Next up, the Hawks battle the Atlee Raiders (Mechanicsville, VA) in a Capital test, on Thursday, April 17. Hanover will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Raiders enter the test with a 2-6 record after their 9-6 non-league win over Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA).

The Eagles (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Highland Springs (Highland Springs, VA). The Springers enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Highland Springs was overwhelmed by Mechanicsville (Mechanicsville, VA), 11-9, in a league test.
