South Carolina High School Soccer - Blue Ridge nudges Carolina Academy

In Monday's non-league outing, the host Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Carolina Academy Trojans.
The Fighting Tigers (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against Seneca (Seneca, SC). The Bobcats go into the AAAA Region 2 outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Seneca was edged by Daniel (Central, SC), 3-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Trojans confront the Powdersville Patriots (Greenville, SC) in a AAA Region 2 outing, on Monday, April 21. Carolina Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Patriots go into the outing with a 17-1 record after their 2-0 league win over St. Joseph's Catholic (Greenville, SC).
