Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors (Indian Trail, NC) supporters left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Ambassador Christian School Lions (Huntersville, NC), 20-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Metrolina Christian Academy improves its record to 3-10 on the year. The Warriors travel to Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC) to play the Eagles in a NICSAA Metrolina game on Tuesday, April 15. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 2-7.

The Lions now hold a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Forsyth Home Educators for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 15. Ambassador Christian School will play a Hawks squad coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to East Davidson (Thomasville, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 10-6.
