The William Penn Colonials softball squad (New Castle, DE), was routed 19-0 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Archmere Academy Auks (Claymont, DE)

With the triumph, Archmere Academy improves its record to 6-2 on the year. The Auks host First State Military Academy (Clayton, DE) to face the Bulldogs in a Diamond State contest on Tuesday, April 15. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 0-5.

The Colonials now hold a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Concord for a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 16. William Penn will face a Raiders squad coming off a 17-0 league win over McKean (Wilmington, DE). The Raiders record now stands at 7-2.
