Next, the Dukes play the West Branch Warriors (Beloit, OH) in a Eastern Buckeye challenge, on Wednesday, April 16. Marlington will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 13-3 non-league win over Columbiana (Columbiana, OH).

The Mustangs (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against New Philadelphia (New Philadelphia, OH). The Quakers enter the non-league challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, New Philadelphia overcame Mansfield Senior (Mansfield, OH), 20-0, in a league challenge.
