Illinois High School Softball - Knoxville bounces Cuba/Spoon River Valley

In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Knoxville Blue Bullets softball team scored a nice 12-2 victory over the Cuba/Spoon River Valley Wildcats.
The Blue Bullets (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Princeville (Princeville, IL). The Princes go into the Lincoln Trail match with a 4-7 record. In their last match, Princeville gained a win over Midland (Varna, IL), 16-1, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL) in a Prairieland match, on Wednesday, April 16. Cuba/Spoon River Valley will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Indians go into the match with a 14-2 record after their 19-0 league win over Bushnell-Prairie City (Bushnell, IL).
