In Monday's non-league match, the visiting East Forsyth Eagles softball team scored a tight 2-0 win over the Walkertown Wolfpack.

The Eagles (11-9) will now prepare for their match against Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC). The Mustangs come into the Central Piedmont 4A match with a 10-5 record. In their last match, Parkland nipped R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC), 19-3, in a league match.

In their next game, the Wolfpack confront the Forsyth Home Educators Hawks (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, April 17. Walkertown will attempt to better on its 12-6 season record. The Hawks come into the match with a 11-6 record after their 16-1 non-league win over Ambassador Christian School (Huntersville, NC).
