The East Jessamine Jaguars softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Grant County Braves to 0 in the Jaguars non-league win on Monday.

The Jaguars now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Rutherford for a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. East Jessamine will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to Barren County (Glasgow, KY). The Cavaliers record now stands at 8-7.

With the loss, Grant County moves to 3-5 on the season. The Braves host Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY) to confront the Bluebirds in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 15. The Bluebirds come into the battle with a record of 12-5. Highlands won 8-6 in their recent non-league battle against Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY)
