The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the James Madison Warhawks (Vienna, VA) and the visiting Groveport-Madison Cruisers (Groveport, OH), observed James Madison's softball team get by Groveport-Madison by a tally of 5-1.

The Warhawks (9-1) will now prepare for their bout against Corning-Painted Post (Corning, NY). The Hawks go into the non-league bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Corning-Painted Post tipped Langley (McLean, VA), 8-7, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cruisers clash with the University Hawks (Morgantown, WV) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 16. Groveport-Madison will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 12-2 record after their 2-2 non-league Langley (McLean, VA).
