The crowd at Monday's league bout between the North Dorchester Eagles (Hurlock, MD) and the host Kent Island Buccaneers (Stevensville, MD), observed North Dorchester's softball team prevail over Kent Island by a tally of 10-1.
The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their bout against Easton (Easton, MD). The Warriors go into the Bayside - North bout with a 1-2 record.
In their next game, the Buccaneers battle the Parkside Rams (Salisbury, MD) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 16. Kent Island will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record.
