In Monday's non-league test, the Lac qui Parle Valley Eagles (Madison, MN) softball squad got by the visiting Murray County Central Rebels (Slayton, MN), by a tally of 6-5.
Next, the Eagles clash with the MACCRAY Wolverines (Clara City, MN) in a Camden test, on Tuesday, April 15. Lac qui Parle Valley will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Wolverines go into the test with a 2-3 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Ashby (Ashby, MN).
The Rebels (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Red Rock Central/Westbrook-Walnut Grove (Lamberton, MN). The Falcons go into the Red Rock test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Red Rock Central/Westbrook-Walnut Grove was nudged by Edgerton/Southwest Minnesota Christian (Edgerton, MN), 12-2, in a non-league test.
