The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the St. Brendan Sabres (Miami, FL) and the visiting Mater Lakes Academy Bears (Miami, FL), observed St. Brendan's softball team notch a victory over Mater Lakes Academy by a final score of 15-0.
The Sabres (13-9) will now prepare for their bout against Westminster Christian (Miami, FL). The Warriors go into the non-league bout with a 14-6 record. In their last bout, Westminster Christian gained a win over Miami Christian (Miami, FL), 6-2, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Bears battle the Mater Bay Academy Rays (Cutler Bay, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 17. Mater Lakes Academy will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Rays go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Key West (Key West, FL).
