The Greenland Pirates baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Bergman Panthers to 2 in the Pirates non-league win on Tuesday.
The Pirates now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they host Ozark Catholic Academy for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 15.
With the defeat, Bergman drops to 1-16 on the year. The Panthers travel to Flippin (Flippin, AR) to clash with the Bobcats in a 3A Region 2 test on Thursday, April 16. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 15-5. Flippin won 9-4 in their recent league test against Mountain View (Mountain View, AR)
