In Thursday's league test, the visiting Avon Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-6 victory over the Strongsville Mustangs.

The Eagles now have a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they host Boardman for a non-league test on Saturday, April 17. Avon will face a Spartans squad coming off a 17-4 non-league loss to Cardinal Mooney (Youngstown, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 0-6.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Padua Franciscan Bruins (Parma, OH) in a test, on Friday, April 16. Strongsville will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Bruins come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 18-2 non-league loss to Avon (Avon, OH).
