In Friday's non-league game, the host Glenwood Titans baseball team scored a tight 8-1 victory over the Mt. Zion Braves.
The Titans (11-3) will now prepare for their game against Lanphier (Springfield, IL). The Lions go into the Central State Eight game with a 0-7 record.
The Braves (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Bloomington (Bloomington, IL). The Purple Raiders go into the non-league game with a 11-4 record. In their last game, Bloomington was overwhelmed by Metamora (Metamora, IL), 8-7, in a non-league game.
