Illinois High School Baseball - Grayslake North holds off Stevenson

Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL) and the host Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL), saw Grayslake North's baseball squad knock off Stevenson by a count of 10-6.

Coming up next, the Knights play the Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) in a Northern Lake County battle, on Monday, April 18. Grayslake North will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Sequoits enter the battle with a 2-3 record after their 15-9 league loss to Lakes (Lake Villa, IL).

The Patriots now possess a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host Dundee-Crown for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 16. Stevenson will play a Chargers squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Hampshire (Hampshire, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 3-8.
