In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Straughn Tigers baseball team scored a tight 7-2 victory over the Luverne Tigers.
The Tigers (12-9) will now prepare for their game against Brantley (Brantley, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 7-6 record.
The Tigers (6-10) will now prepare for their game against Clarke County (Grove Hill, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 15-5 record. In their last game, Clarke County tipped Flomaton (Flomaton, AL), 10-8, in a non-league game.
