Kentucky High School Softball - St. Albans bounces Franklin County

St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Franklin County Flyers (Frankfort, KY), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Red Dragons now own a 13-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ironton for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 16.
With the loss, Franklin County falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Flyers host Western Hills (Frankfort, KY) to battle the Wolverines in a District 41 challenge on Tuesday, April 19. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a record of 12-2. Western Hills won 9-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY)
