Indiana High School Softball - Jay County thwarted by Norwell

The Jay County Patriots softball team (Portland, IN), was routed 12-2 in Friday's non-league test with the host Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN)

Coming up next, the Knights encounter the South Adams Starfires (Berne, IN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 16. Norwell will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Starfires come into the test with a 1-3 record after their 15-5 non-league loss to Parkway (Rockford, OH).

The Patriots (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Centerville (Centerville, IN). The Bulldogs come into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Centerville was routed by Franklin County (Brookville, IN), 22-3, in a non-league test.
