Virginia High School Baseball - Avon Lake loses to Walsingham Academy

The Avon Lake Shoremen baseball team (Avon Lake, OH), was overwhelmed 14-8 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Walsingham Academy Trojans (Williamsburg, VA)

The Trojans now hold a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Peninsula Catholic for a Tidewater Independent outing on Tuesday, April 18. Walsingham Academy will confront a Knights team coming off a 25-12 non-league loss to TEACH (Virginia Beach, VA). The Knights record now stands at 3-7.

Next, the Shoremen confront the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Bees (Broadview Heights, OH) in a non-league outing, on Friday, April 21. Avon Lake will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record.
