In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Charlotte Christian Knights baseball team scored a tight 4-2 victory over the T.C. Roberson Rams.
The Knights (13-8) will now prepare for their game against Covenant Day (Matthews, NC). The Lions go into the NCISAA Charlotte game with a 11-6 record. In their last game, Covenant Day tipped East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 5-2, in a non-league game.
The Rams (10-6) will now prepare for their game against Erwin (Asheville, NC). The Warriors go into the The Mountain 3A/4A game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, Erwin tipped Asheville (Asheville, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
