The Georgetown Bulldogs baseball team (Georgetown, SC), was overwhelmed 7-3 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC)
The Cougars now hold a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Caldwell Academy for a NCISAA Piedmont outing on Tuesday, April 18. High Point Christian Academy will confront a team coming off a 16-2 league loss to Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC). The record now stands at 4-7.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Dillon Wildcats (Dillon, SC) in a 3A Region 7 outing, on Tuesday, April 18. Georgetown will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 3-6 record after their 19-10 non-league loss to Latta (Latta, SC).
