The University Trailblazers crushed the host Lafayette Central Catholic Knights baseball team by a count of 10-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Trailblazers now possess a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Lewis Cass for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 18. University will face a Kings team coming off a 11-3 non-league loss to Blackford (Hartford City, IN). The Kings record now stands at 0-4.
Next, the Knights face the West Lafayette Red Devils (West Lafayette, IN) in a Hoosier bout, on Tuesday, April 18. Lafayette Central Catholic will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Red Devils enter the bout with a 1-6 record after their 12-4 non-league loss to Logansport (Logansport, IN).
