The Sage Hill Lightning held off the visiting Garden Grove Argonauts volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Lightning now have a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Godinez Fundamental for a non-league test on Saturday, April 15. Sage Hill will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-1 league win over Katella (Anaheim, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 13-3.

The Argonauts (21-8) will now prepare for their test against Santiago (Garden Grove, CA). The Cavaliers enter the non-league test with a 5-10 record. In their last test, Santiago was nudged by Loara (Anaheim, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
