The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Boardman Spartans (Youngstown, OH) and the visiting West Branch Warriors (Beloit, OH), saw Boardman's softball squad achieve victory over West Branch by a count of 10-0.

The Spartans now sport a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they host Brecksville-Broadview Heights for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 18. Boardman will face a Bees squad coming off a 14-12 non-league win over Watkins Memorial (Pataskala, OH). The Bees record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, West Branch falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Carrollton (Carrollton, OH) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 2. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 1-6.
