Oakwood Lumberjacks (Dayton, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Bexley Lions (Columbus, OH), 11-5 in a league test.

The Lumberjacks now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Chaminade-Julienne for a Region 7 test on Monday, April 17. Oakwood will face a Eagles squad coming off a 15-14 non-league loss to Bishop Fenwick (Franklin, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 6-3.

In their next game, the Lions face the Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies (Johnstown, OH) in a Region 7 test, on Monday, April 17. Bexley will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Johnnies come into the test with a 1-6 record after their 6-5 league loss to Xenia (Xenia, OH).
