Antigo Red Robins (Antigo, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Reedsburg Beavers (Reedsburg, WI), 8-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Red Robins now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Northland Pines for a Great Northern challenge on Monday, April 17.

With the loss, Reedsburg falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Beavers host Sauk Prairie (Prairie du Sac, WI) to battle the Eagles in a Badger - North challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 3-3.
