Illinois High School Softball - Benet Academy bounces Marian Central Catholic

The Benet Academy Redwings routed the visiting Marian Central Catholic Hurricanes softball squad by a count of 10-1 in Saturday's league battle.
The Redwings (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Roadrunners go into the East Suburban Catholic battle with a 4-7 record. In their last battle, Nazareth Academy was routed by Argo (Summit, IL), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
The Hurricanes now sport a 0-2 record.
