Indiana High School Softball - South Central bounces Bremen

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the South Central Satellites (Union Mills, IN) and the visiting Bremen Lions (Bremen, IN), witnessed South Central's softball squad tip Bremen by a count of 8-4.
The Satellites now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeMotte Christian for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 18. South Central will encounter a Knights team coming off a 14-0 league loss to North Newton (Morocco, IN). The Knights record now stands at 0-3.
The Lions (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Glenn (Walkerton, IN). The Falcons come into the Northern Indiana test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Glenn was routed by Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN), 10-2, in a non-league test.
Game Summary
The Bremen Girls Softball team traveled to Union Mills on Saturday to take the South Central Satellites coming away with an 8-4 loss.
Mickie Shively homered twice to lead the Lions. Eliana Grubbs, Delainey Neher, Peyton Mason, & Yajaira Jimenez each had singles for the Lions.
Mason starting her first Varisty Game in the circle suffered the loss allowing 5 earned runs on 11 hits.
