The Rockcastle County Rockets softball team (Mt. Vernon, KY), 6-4 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Clinton County Bulldogs (Albany, KY)

Coming up next, the Bulldogs encounter the Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY) in a District 16 test, on Tuesday, April 18. Clinton County will attempt to improve on its 10-7 season record. The Hornets come into the test with a 3-10 record after their 23-4 non-league win over Fort Knox (Fort Knox, KY).

The Rockets (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Pulaski County (Somerset, KY). The Maroons come into the District 47 test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Pulaski County edged Southwestern (Somerset, KY), 10-0, in a non-league test.
